Mr Toad, Mr Mole

walking down a country lane

Mr Toad won’t stop chattering

Mr Mole groans in pain

Along comes Mr Badger

fully grumpy and worse

telling poor Mr Toad

“be quiet” very terse

The trio walk in silence

until the destination is in sight

at this point Mr Toad cries in pain

“who gave me this flea bite!”
